Ninja Classes

Welcome to Ninja Squad Gym, where we’re passionate about empowering kids to love their bodies, build confidence, and have fun while developing lifelong skills.

 

We offer energized, skill-based programming that makes fitness feel like a game, and our classes are designed to foster strength, balance, and creativity in a clean, safe, and supportive environment.

Buddy Ninjas

2-3 YRS

Grab your little ninja buddy for some FUN (guardian required)! Enjoy games, obstacles, balancing, hopping, and more. Prepares students for Lil Movers.

Lil Movers

2-3 YRS

Lil Movers lets toddlers explore and learn in a fun, themed class with obstacles and courses! We build locomotor, rolling, hanging, and jumping skills daily!

Mini Ninjas

4-5 YRS

We focus on early childhood development: locomotor and gross motor skills, cognitive skills, social skills, and structured learning. We also tackle tougher "ninja skills"!

New Ninjas

5-7 & 8-13 YRS

Our entry-level class is full of fun! Kids learn flipping, swinging, running, and rolling basics while conquering weekly challenges. Level 1 takes 3-6 months to master and move up to Level 2.

Mighty Ninjas

5+ YRS

Our Level 2 Ninja Class focuses on advanced skills and strength. Skills include safe rolling, handstand walking, handsprings, front flips, ninja grips, and parkour vaults. This level can take up to a year to master.

Dance/Poms

5-9 YRS

Kids will learn beginner dance skills through fun drills, group stretches, and engaging routines to be performed for parents. They’ll improve coordination, rhythm, and teamwork in a supportive environment.
